Starting this business has been a dream come true—I’ve always loved the art of makeup and the way it can boost confidence, express creativity, and bring out someone’s natural beauty. What began as a passion for experimenting with different looks has grown into something more: a business built on helping others feel their best. Whether it’s for a milestone event like a wedding, a celebration with friends, homecoming/prom, or simply treating yourself, I’m here to create a look that’s perfectly tailored to you. At Haleigh Moore Cosmetics, my goal is simple: to provide professional, affordable, and personalized makeup services in a welcoming, stress-free environment. Cancellation Policy
Late Fees: $15.00 if 15+ minutes late for appointment. 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations (considered no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
